Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping across India on orders above ₹899. A flat shipping fee of ₹60 applies to orders below ₹899. No hidden charges.

ORDER PROCESSING

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day
• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

SHIPPING PARTNERS

We ship through trusted courier partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, and DTDC to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched:

• A tracking number will be sent to your registered email
• You can track your order on the courier partner's website

FAILED DELIVERY

If a delivery attempt fails:

• The courier will attempt delivery up to 2 more times
• After 3 failed attempts the package will be returned to us
• Contact us within 7 days to arrange redelivery — additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your order arrives damaged:

• Email us at yourmama.digital@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
• Attach a photo of the damaged product and packaging
• We will arrange a free replacement or full refund within 5–7 business days
