At YourMama, we stand behind every bottle we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a full refund within 60 days of delivery — no questions asked.


ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return:

  • Request must be made within 60 days of delivery date
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided
  • Product must have been purchased directly from yourmama.in

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  1. Email us at yourmama.digital@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions
  3. Once approved, ship the product back to us at the address below
  4. Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return

REFUNDS

  • Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after return is received
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product
  • If you received a damaged or wrong product, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund including shipping

EXCHANGES

We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • Damaged products received
  • Wrong product delivered

NON-RETURNABLE SITUATIONS

  • Requests made after 60 days of delivery
  • Products not purchased from yourmama.in
  • Bulk or commercial orders

CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted — you may return the product after delivery under our 60-day guarantee
