ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return:
- Request must be made within 60 days of delivery date
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided
- Product must have been purchased directly from yourmama.in
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
- Email us at yourmama.digital@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions
- Once approved, ship the product back to us at the address below
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return

REFUNDS
- Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days after return is received
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product

- Bulk or commercial orders
CANCELLATIONS
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted — you may return the product after delivery under our 60-day guarantee
